“We bought this Graco Bumper jumper when my daughter was 4 months old and from the first moment in it, she has loved it! She entertains herself a little while each day and is building her strength very quickly. The spring is both quiet and supple making for a smooth, pleasant bounce. The seat is deep and safe, well secured and very easy to insert. It's also a nice fun color with cool blue seat and straps that don't scream, "Hey I'm a plastic baby toy!" (Which is nice for a change.) Getting baby in and out is the only hard part (around straps and into a seat baby can kick and move isn't the easiest thing).

But after doing it a couple of times I figured out what worked and baby began to anticipate going into the seat so that now she sticks her legs down straight for me and slides right in.  Since we installed the Jumper from a beam in the middle of our living room, we don't have any experience with the possibility of finger squishing against wood work. But based on watching my baby jump, she only really sways side to side when the seat is not positioned high enough, so perhaps that problem is resolvable. I also notice that her attention to the little toys that came with it (and any other toy we put on her tray) tends to keep her hands busy and out of danger. I would recommend this product to anyone. The time it gives me for housework or homework or just to eat my lunch without little hands in my food, is invaluable.” Read More

 

“I love this Graco Bumper jumper. I first used it at "Grandma's" house and I was amazed at how long it entertained my then 4month old for. So when I got home a week later, I ordered a different one from toys r us. It had all of the gizmos and gadgets and I just knew she would love it. But she couldn't even jump in it because of the placement of the leg holes in the seat. So I returned it and bought the Graco jumper like Grandma. The bumper around the seat is a must have. “We bought this for our son last year for Christmas when he was 3 1/2 months old. He liked it but we had to stuff blankets in to help him sit up. We bought this over an exersaucer because we did not have room to store anything large. He has really liked it. He is now 15 months old and walking but still likes to jump in it. “Despite what you have read in other reviews the Graco Bumper Jumper is adjustable to support your child up to the recommended weight (almost infinitely adjustable in fact). In the instructions it provides the information necessary to adjust the jumper beyond just moving the slider up or down. If used properly with supervision this product provides a safe activity for your baby to enjoy. Our Son who is larger than average was starting to sit too low when in the jumper and the slider was all the way adjusted. I read the reviews and was disheartened, that is until I read the instructions. So sorry to somewhat flame people but this is a good product that provides my Son great enjoyment and I don't want people to miss out if this product is right for their child.” Read More
